11-year-old up for murder

Taung - An 11-year-old boy, who allegedly stabbed a 12-year-old friend to death in Mokgareng Village, was arrested and released under parental supervision on

Friday (1 January).

It is believed that the two boys had an argument, and that the 11-year-old allegedly took out a knife and stabbed his friend twice in his shoulders.

Although the victim was taken to a clinic he was pronounced dead on arrival.
